Refund policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as quickly as the banking system allows.

I’ve bought the wrong item or the item I’ve bought doesn’t fit my saddle (if applicable)

Firstly, please email us with pictures showing exactly what the problem is. Quite often the mount is simply being fitted incorrectly or the wrong mount has been purchased. Each mount has specifically designed for an individual Bluetooth tag and if your tag doesn’t fit the mount you have purchased, you have purchased the wrong mount.

Once we have and understanding of the situation we will try or best to offer a solution. However if that’s not acceptable then please return the item back to us (at your cost) and upon receipt we will refund your original order value less any postage (if applicable).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bik3d.com and send your item to: The Winery, Southlands Lane, West Chiltington, ENG, RH20 2JU, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we process a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we send a replacement product, depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
